When Refunds Are Not Granted:
- If your hosting environment doesn’t meet the necessary requirements for WordPress or if your host refuses to update PHP or MySQL.
- If you change your mind about using our product. We encourage you to test our free version or request a 4-day trial of the Pro version before purchasing.
- If you decide not to use the product after purchase.
- If the product doesn’t meet your specific needs (our live demo site clearly showcases the product’s features).
- If there are script conflicts with third-party software or themes installed on your website.
Terms & Conditions:
- We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. In certain cases, we may attempt to resolve your issue first.
- Refunds cannot be issued after 15 days from the purchase date.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you agree to cease using the product immediately and forfeit any ownership of your license.
